The dry season (June to October) is generally the best time for jungle tours as trails are more accessible and there are fewer mosquitoes. However, the rainy season (November to May) offers lush greenery and fewer tourists. We operate year-round and can recommend the best time based on your interests.
Essential items include: lightweight long-sleeved shirts and pants, sturdy hiking shoes, rain jacket, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, reusable water bottle, headlamp/flashlight, and personal medications. We provide a detailed packing list upon booking confirmation.
Absolutely! As an all-women guide service, we specialize in creating safe, supportive environments for solo female travelers. All our guides are trained in wilderness first aid and safety protocols. We also offer women-only group tours for those who prefer to travel with other women.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 30+ days before the tour date. For cancellations 7-29 days before, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the tour. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.
Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs with advance notice. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you book your tour so we can make appropriate arrangements.
